Blood in stool + soft lump around anus

Im having blood in my stool for two years..i see blood in my stool in every 8 mnths...I have had Bright red blood 3 times in stool between these two years...is anything serious with me... Then I notice structure around my anus?? IS THIS HEMORRHOIDS??? OR COLON CANCER M SCARED after GOOGLing it..

Based on ur symptoms and age most probably it can be fissure ,can be haemorrhoids,is there any difficulty in passing stools,did u notice gush of blood or a little tinge
