Hi, i dont have any vaccination marks and there is no one who remembers if i was given any vaccination as a child..i am particularly concerned about hepatitis as my liver enzymes are borderline (slightly above) though i am very lean and non alcoholic. Should i get vaccinated for hepatitis or any other thing now and if so , do i have to do any tests before same. I am 30 years old.

Many times my stomach feeling very hard and bloated... even empty stomach I feel very much bloated... what should I do to get rid of this bloating stomach situation Thank You

I was diagnosed with grade 2 fatty liver. My total bilirubin is 1.29 mg/dl, conjugated bilirubin is 0.35 mg/dl and unconjugated bilirubin is 0.94 mg/dl. I have two questions: 1. Can fatty liver cause higher bilirubin? 2. I have read that there are certain antibiotics like Amoxicillin which might result in higher bilirubin level. I have been prescribed this drug for dental infection a few months back. Can this be a cause? N.B - I am currently under medication for my condition, and have been prescribed Udiliv 300 for 3 months.

My mouth is smelly. I feel an urge to vomit when i eat anything. I have irregular and  hard stool. I don't feel hungry and my mouth taste bitter. This has been happening from last 35 days. I was previously diagnosed with a pea size gall bladder stone in November 2021. I received ayurvedic treatment to dissolve it. The treatment started from December 2021 and continued untill June 2022. I recovered well. I was doing well untill April 2023.  Please Guide me. What should i do ?

Suffering from achlasia cardia undergone hellers myotomy dor fundoplication but still dysphagia advised for esophagtomy with gaatric pull up ,sigmoid esophagus any oprion available other than esophagetomy because i have read there are severe complications can cardioplasty be done ,if done can patient be normal after esophagetomy.

Hello I'm 23 M , 173 cm and 63 kg I have seen some changes in my stool consistency for past 4 months so started taking fibers from then onwards and  I saw a good difference in my stool but before 1 week I saw blood only stool dark purple (beet root ) colour on the surface after that week I had severe constipation but no blood now I visited gastro and he performed proctoscopy to find whether I have hemorrhoids but it was normal no blood traces ...I fear that it could be from the tumour or cancer polyps .

3 days ago, after passing the stool while cleaning I felt a swollen vein-like structure originating some 1.5 cm inside the rectum and appearing till outside of rectum opening. There is no pain however it's giving me minor discomfort as something is stretching a little. Is it an internal hemmaroid or thrombosed pile mass? Please note that it wasn't there before and appeared suddenly after passing stool though I was having constipation for a few days. Attaching it's picture.

I have diagnosed with h pylori infection and small ulcers 3 months ago. I have completed medicine course for that but no relief. I have consulted another doctor- he done endoscopy and diagnosis is INTERMUCOSAL OEDEMA, RAC DISTORTED, GRADE A ESOPHAGITIS. I'm taking the medicines but no relief in Too much pain in upper abdomen. very hard to bend down. Please suggest dietary changes and stress relief techniques if it is due to stress.
