I diagnosed with ibs d ( checked stool, crp,lft, CBC, kft,vitb12,vitD all reports normal). My symptoms are weekly 3/4times soft stool with mucus and belly cramps, bloating, gas, occassionally acidity..
Doc prescribe me
1.prothiaden m50 -6weeks
2. Esmoprazole 40-6weeks
3. Meva C- 2weeks.
It's been 3weeks I'm continuing 1,2no medicine and stop MevaC . I'm feeling better.
My question is can I take ppi alternative days with prothiaden m 50 for next reat of weeks?
