Hi I have been suffering from gas and acidity from past 3 years I was taking pantaprazole 40 MG empty stomach from 3 years but recently I got abdominal pain so I went to Gastroenterologist and he did my endoscopy and found LAX LES Grad. 2 and Bile reflux I want to know why this happened to me ? I had taken Anxiety medicine for 8 months from 2021-22 but know I am not able to eat food properly I am eating 2 rotis at a time only and I have lost 3 kg weight in 2 months from 43 to 40 kg and still decreasing. Please let me know should I do h pylori test because I have searched on Google about bile reflux and it told me that h Pylori may be the reason?
