Required Proper Diagnosis for Bike reflu
Hi I have been suffering from gas and acidity from past 3 years I was taking pantaprazole 40 MG empty stomach from 3 years but recently I got abdominal pain so I went to Gastroenterologist and he did my endoscopy and found LAX LES Grad. 2 and Bile reflux I want to know why this happened to me ? I had taken Anxiety medicine for 8 months from 2021-22 but know I am not able to eat food properly I am eating 2 rotis at a time only and I have lost 3 kg weight in 2 months from 43 to 40 kg and still decreasing. Please let me know should I do h pylori test because I have searched on Google about bile reflux and it told me that h Pylori may be the reason?

In case of laxity lower oesophageal sphincter The food contents of stomach regurgitate into oesophagus and causes uncomfortable symptoms Pantoprazole decreases acid secretion but not improve laxity of sphincter
