Fatty pancrease and left mrd
Liver is enlarged in size (17.1 cm) and show increase in parenchymal echogenicity suggestive of fatty infiltration. Intra hepatic biliary radicals are normal. Portal vein is normal in course and caliber. Pancreas is hyperechoic in echotexture and shows fatty infiltration.  Left kidney is normal in size and outline. They shows increased cortical echogenicity with partially lost/blurred corticomedullary differentiation. No hydronephrotic changes seen. Few renal concretions noted.Severe gaseous is seen in epigastrium region, suggestive of gastritis. IMPRESSION: ULTRASOUND WHOLE ABDOMEN REVEALS:- - Hepatomegaly with grade II fatty liver. - Fatty pancreas. - Left MRD. - Left renal concretion.
