Fatty enlarged liver grade 2
Hardness in abdomen above navel. Ultrasound results show Liver is enlarged in size (19.5 cms) with moderately raised. Homogeneous parenchymal echoes. No abscess or mass lesion is seen in the liver. Portal vein 10.1 mm and it's intrahepatic branches appear normal. IHBR Appear normal. LFT blood test are in normal range. I am worried about hardness and round bulge in abdomen above navel

There is hepatomegaly,you need evaluation for that
