If any one pls help me
My mother have some gastric problems. We have done ultrasound in 2023 Jan and results shows that
Liver is enlarged in size (16.8 cm) and shows mildly raised parenchymal echoes
Hepatomegaly with grade 1 fatty infiltration
Doctor told as fatty liver grade 1 is normal
In 2023 April we have visited another centre and they have done fibroscan and results are
Size mildly enlarged (16cm)
Echotexture increased. Mild coarsening
Ascites nil
Impression features of early cld
Showed moderate to severe liver fibrosis metavir score F3- F4
Epq avg 23.88
Which of these results are correct within 3 months grade 1 fatty liver to fibrosis
We were going through some difficult times pls help us
