What are the all the precautions to take after the Nissen fundoplication surgery so that th wrap will for life long . I have heard the Nissen fundoplication will fail after some time how to make it last life long .

Why do I continuously feel nauseous I got endoscopy done today and it shows mild reflux esophagitis  And prescribed nexpro I always have a feeling of nausea and everyone thinks its just anxiety and im overthinking How to cure this constant nausea?please help

Sir, Earlier i was alcoholic and i did liver fibroscan and LSM comes 9kpa. From last 1 year i m complete absenteeism of alcohol. Is 9kpa liver stiffness is reversible? How many does it takes to come to normal liver. I m very tensed plz reply. Is liver my fibrosis is reversible?

Was diagnosed with gastritis last week and given medicines by the doctor. Medicines were over but I am still not feeling well. Upper abdomen is distended and hurts on the left side. There is heartburn. It also hurt when the doctor pressed in the middle of the upper abdomen. And also on and off pains like a blink in the upper left corner of chest. I was asked to get a USG (A + P). Have attached the reports. Need a gastroenterologist's opinion.

Lamina propria shows lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate and occasional cosinophils. Negative for activity, metaplasia or dysplasia Diagnosis : Biopsy Specimen : Mild chronic leitis.

Is excessive bowel gas and IBS related with each other . Can it cause stomach pain and cramps and constipation

I am 28 year old male. I have stomach ulcer when came out through endoscopy. I took the 14 days medicine course but it did not improve. So a year later, I got endoscopy again and the ulcer had actually spread a little more. I also got biopsy done. Was given the 14 days medicine and medicine for gas again which I took. Doctors say not to go for Endoscopy multiple times and it's painful. I have taken the medicines and try eat healthy as much as possible. But I still feel the pain sometimes. (2-3 times a week). How do I know if my ulcer is improving or becoming worse without another endoscopy. I got the last one in September 2023
