I have been suffering from an intestinal issue since 3 years now it's not going away. I had a CECT scan a month ago in which it showed mucosal fold thickening in jejunal an ileal loop and 9 mm mesentric lymph nodes...i had my esr also increased that is 53 after the course of antibiotics I got normal my esr as 24, it became normal with rifagut and econorm, also calprotectin test was normal but again it started happening since 3 weeks so I started having econorm plus I am having mouth ulcers frequently...... my weight is also 38 not increasing......what should I do I am taking econorm daily and also having vit B12 my stools are yellow and thin with greenishness.....Please help...I am afraid of malabsorption...

I have total bilirubin 3.2 other spgt are normal should i worry about this . Direct 0.6 indirect 2.6

In my ultrasound report i got , mesenteric lymph nodes in paraumbilical region. Size is 18mm x 8.3mm , can it be cured with medicine? Or surgery is last option?

Hi all, I am not able to eat food properly . everything I eat creates acidity and gas and pain in left side or lower abdomen. a gastro doc suggested me it is IBS becz I feel mix symptoms of diarrhoea and constipation (mostly), I took medicine normaxin for 5 months .earlier it was working and now it is really not at all working. medical science proves that it has no cure. all the time I feel helpless bcz of pain .it's been a year. is it true that ibs patients have to bear it for lifetime. it is the not the life we can actually live. it's pathetic. is there any solution to it ? is it related to neuro as well..shall I consult neuro if medicines are not working. I'm already on low fodmap diet (homemade). I can never eat outside. if I try to do, it creates more pain than normal in stomach. already reduced 20kgs this year bcz I can't eat properly.. feel weakness in everything I do. pls somebody help .don't feel like living this life anymore

Hi 30 years female.I have been experiencing several itching since march on and off so I didn't think of it much.Recentky since 10 days severe continous itching so consulted doc they too didn't take much concern.Later yesterday I took some test in that I got sgpt and sgot levels rises 96.3 and 93.6 .I am very much worried is it something serious?Will it be cured?I have a small kid.Plz reply thank you.As of now I am taking liv 52 tab as suggested by doc.

Hi, I have stomach burning sensation very often even with bland diet. Whenever stomach burns, body also starts to show the inflammation(feeling internal fever with body burning sensation) and more urination occurs immediately till it clears the inflammation.did endoscopy 8 months before and I had mild gastritis that time. I also have IBS problem motion sensation for some foods like sweet fruits and sweets, spicy foods. Blood report shows everything normal. Only ESR is slightly high 32 mm. Urine culture report also normal. One of the gastro said I have leaky gut. Please anyone help how to find out the exact issue and is there any test to find out leaky gut. Desperately need your help. The pain feels like it's sharp and when I move it increases and I feel more fat / swelling on the left side of the rib area then the right side. I taught its spleen and went to a gastroenterologist he didn't even check and said it's just gas. But it feels like a organ or muscle pain. I feel like it is increasing when I focus on it. Also have muscle tention. Please answer my question ❓

My 79 year old diabetic mother on medications of aspirin, diabetic medicine, calcium,cholesterol reducing tablets and urine control medications occasionally keeps complaining of throat side pain .She was already taking antacid once a day and sometimes digestive syrup.Two.days back she had 3 vomitings with black colour in one and green in other . Post this she was seen shivering.No fever is there We are since then giving her extra antacid and light frequent food to consume .Shivering is stopped but she is sleeping more than usual.What is the reason and what tests to.be done.?Could it be ulcer in throat or simple GERD caused vomit? Should we be concerned for her above normal sleep routine now? Also guide if low dose aspirin and cholesterol once started in elderly can it be stopped or worth continuing for life?

My USG shows grade 1 fatty liver with coarsend echotexture. Liver is normal in size. Please advise. I exercise regularly and eat good diet. I drink also. Does it mean I have cirrhosis?
