I have done a medical health checkup and my SGOT is 91u/L and SGPT is 205u/L. How dangerous it is? What should I do to reduce these?

I have sliding hietus hernia and gastritis since 3 years I have taken antibiotics once but it's not cured and I tested blood in blood test h pylori is positive should I take again antibiotics or anything other way to eradicate h pylori. I tried second antibiotics course I can't resist it second time I quit in 2 days please can anyone help me to get rid of it

I was treated for ulcerative colitis a few years ago with steroids and medication. It stopped and I was advised to continue Mesocol 400mg for another year. After that I stopped taking Mesocol 400mg.  I was fine till now.  But since 1 week I am having the same symptoms.  I have started taking Mesocol 400mg again twice a day.  What other medications with Mesocol 400mg will help reduce the symptoms.  I am not in a position to move about since I have an injury in the foot.  Please help

I recently started my medications...for Ibs and I am loosing my weight... because I can't eat properly anything other than curd rice, it's affecting my weight. Is there any food or drinks restrictions I should be aware of ? and what food items I can consume while on medications for ibs ? I'm looking forward to your responses. It will greatly help me.
