Hi doctor i am experiencing a little pain and pressure after poop , from some days i saw a little blood drop with poop i don't know why is it so , don't have any stomach pain don't have any pain while poop but after sometime i feel a little pain in rectum , i am adding image please let me know what to do next for this?

I was diagnosed with a  fundal ulcer and pan gastritis two weeks ago . I am worried about it because there are lots of thing in internet. My gastroenterologist just suggested me to avoid outside food and non veg also prescribed sucrafil o gel for 15days and Omeprazole for one month . It's been more than 20days still my symptoms (loss of appetite, not feeling pressure for stool passing etc) persist . Now i am in complete depression. Please let me know how much severe it is. I am attaching an image of my endoscopy.

Hi, I have stomach burning problem which is very often even with bland diet. Whenever stomach burns, body also shows some inflammation like internal fever I could feel. It causes more urination till this inflammation clears. Functional medicine doctor told like I have low stomach acid level. Kindly clarify whether low stomach acid level cause stomach burning? I have black stool from past 3 days and also burning and pain on butt hole. My black stool is very small and in scattered form. I feel toilet many times a day when I go only black stool come and butt hole pain and burning.

Stomach burn and not digest and no free motion and weight losss and no immunity power and no energy and legs pain and eye blurrer and not interested to eat food and doing small work I feel tired And I am suffering fisheries and pistula .this problem last 3 years on words I am suffering.daily I take 1gram pentasa sachet means my health is good I don't take pentasa sachet my health is not good so please prefer pentasa sachets as per my knowledge sir . It has been 40 days and I barely have any symptoms, and people at my home are still limiting my food. My LFT report 16 days ago was: Bilirubin (total) 2.7 Bilirubin (direct) 1.3 SGOT 44 SGPT 57 Alkaline Phosphatase 262 My gastroenterologist said to do the next LFT on November 12,2023 and not earlier.

Hi, had and mri pelvis to diagnose some lesion or cyst in ovary but was also reported as - note is made of divarication of rectum and small fat containing umblical hernia. I had cs almost 11 and 1/2 months back . Actually I'm curious and wanted to know if this can be completely cured with exercise . And to what extent this is a problem . Please guide also can I Carry weight and do al exercises and what kind of exercises I can do and what I cannot. Please tell me that it can be cured without surgery completely Thankyou

Hi doctors, am using ppi's 1 month completed, course for 2 months. am taking in the morning only. but am feeling like gastric pain in the middle of the chest part suddenly at some times. while taki g ppi's can take pantop Ls or eno or gaviscon or rantadine 300 any of these. pls suggest medication . kindly give me reply for this

Doctors can you please tell whether the reports attached are fine or not ? The patient got vdrl and tpha positive Further hepatitis b and c were checked . So are these reports normal?
