Prblms in stomach or heavy stomach
Sir I am having issue from 6 days , on 17th Feb night I have taken meal and next day I am having heavy stomach and vomating after that always feels like vomating and till yesterday I have not able to eat anything because it always feel stomach is full and vomating happens,and I only able to drink water and glucose from 22feb I have started taking food like kichdi. Currently I am  taking consultation from one doctor they suggested to take (norflox tz twice and pan-40 tablet once and dizene liquid) (I have also taken unizyme tablet 2days and pantop DSR  from OTC) Currently heavy stomach and fever in the morning is still happening and there is unusual sound from stomach like gur gur) plz provide suggestions and If any medicine is required.
