My father is suffering from constipation from last 2 and a half years almost. He initially started with cremaffin plus for 2 months after a break he again started having constipation. He has been taking kayam churna from almost 2 years now. Without taking kayam he is not able to motion. And he has a feeling of always going to poop which makes him uneasy and restless always. In past he had piles once.

Hi doctor, am having pastric pain at the back. i haved ussed 14days triple therapy. coursed completed. and now i haved esmoprazole for 2 months . 1 month completed. but at some times am getting back pinned pains at the middle of the ribs. i have consulted the doctor again. doctor said take that esmoprazole for continuous for 1 month. no need of other medicines . but am getting pain . can i take esmoprazole in the evening. or can i take rabeprazole in the evening. pls suggest me .

I had a H Pylori infection in July. It was treated with three antibiotics for 14 days. The thing is I am losing 1 kg weight every month. Had abdominal ultrasound and it was perfectly normal. Is losing weight after hpylori treatment common? My thyroid profile is normal and also don't have diabetes. Should I go for additional testing?

Hello doctor , I am having problems with constant chest pain ( chest heaviness) for over 6 months now all ecg eco stress test chest x ray normal. Have a history of acid reflux so constant bad taste in mouth heartburn is there but is relived when on PPI . Recently since past 1 week I am having trouble swallowing no pain but sometimes it feels food is stuck in my mouth. 2 weeks ago had viral bronchitis and had blood in sputum just a tint of blood but it stopped within a week . Also problems with indigestion been diagnosed with ibs also my stomach feels bloated all the time. No weight loss .Could this be any form of malignancies like esophagus cancer or any form of cancer or this is just my anxiety.

I've been asked by ent doctor to consult gastro department since Ppis plus antacid don't seem to work for my lpr symptoms How would a gastro doctor help in this case...please tell will it ever get better I'm losing my patience

So for the past 4 months there has been a change in my stool. There are yellow balls in the stool and my stool lacks a definite shape. For the past month i have been feeling fatigued as well and have been taking vitamin d and b supplements as well. Recently in the past month i have also started noticing that i pass cloudy urine once in 3-4 days. Are all the issues connected? And what can i do to get rid of these issues?
