Hi, I have high ESR 32mm and crp is  2 only. I have stomach burning,bloating and indigestion problem also feeling motion sensation sometimes. Even with blend diet,stomach burning is there. Done endoscopy and have mild gastritis. But stomach burning is there very often. Whenever stomach burns, body start to feel the inflammation like internal fever with body burning sensation. After having curd/ butter milk with rice inflammation start to reduce and I am feeling normal. I am urinating more when I feel the body inflammation. Doctor said that it's IBS problem with hypersensitivity gut. I have alternate stool like hard and loose stools. Stomach pain due to gas problem sometimes. Even fruits pomo ,banana causing stomach burn sensation. Kindly give your opinion whether this is IBS or ibd . Thanks and Regards, Ramya

Is Cinitapride (cintapro) and Cisapride medicine same? Is Cintapro safe to take for GERD? What is the max duration which it can be taken?

I diagnosed with ibs d ( checked stool, crp,lft, CBC, kft,vitb12,vitD all reports normal). My symptoms are weekly 3/4times soft stool with mucus and belly cramps, bloating, gas, occassionally acidity.. Doc prescribe me 1.prothiaden m50 -6weeks 2. Esmoprazole 40-6weeks 3. Meva C- 2weeks. It's been 3weeks I'm continuing 1,2no medicine and stop MevaC . I'm feeling better. My question is can I take ppi alternative days with prothiaden m 50 for next reat of weeks?

Suffering from Fissure, from last three days taking cremaffin plus 10 ml but now getting motions three times and door door sound in stomach. Please suggest what to do

Hello Sir, I have excessive belching and sour taste in mouth in night. Not in daytime. Doctor treated with Omez 20g for 2weeks. After that I was feeling little pain in chest. My endoscopy report - Antral Ulcers?  H. Pylori induced. Then Dr. treated with Sompraz 40mg BD + moxclav 1g BD for 6 day, then Sompraz 40mg BD + levofloxacin 750 OD for 5 days, + Sonata lr, And told to check for the infection after 4 weeks treatment. I was getting loose motions 2 times in a day after 3rd day antibiotic treatment. Usually morning motion in much watery. Night motion little hard. Doctor added -  econorm capsules. Now I am taking Sompraz 40mg BD + Sonata lr + econorm probiotics . I am feeling little pain in chest sometime Usually empty stomach. Or in night. Or when too much gas in stomach. It get relief when gas pass via belching. my motion is not curing after 5 days antibiotic treatment. still getting loose motion in the morning. How can I get back to normal hard bowel movement. Thanks a lot!!

Hi I have B12 deficiency of 25pg/ml. And slight increase in bilirubin value of 1.4. Doctor suggested me to take meaxon plus injections every alternate day for 8 days. Is it fine to take injections like that.

I have both abdominal & pulmonary tuberculosis I started talking ATT Treatment  on 25 August 2023 (19 days) but still my fever is not going completely It comes in the early morning, evening and at midnight Is it normal or should I consult a doctor and when will this fever be completely gone?

Sir. I am suffering from gastric problem since 8 months. After diagnosis it comes as h pylorie infection. I was medicated with pylosid 120, metron 400, esemprazole 40 and tetracycline 250. It came to 80% relief. But due to weakness and back stretch an orthopedic prescribed vitamin injection and pain killer of thicosine aceclofenac paracetamol which made my gastric problem re occur. Now i was feeling gas burping and upper abdominal pain from chest to naval area. My doctor diagnosed negative h pylorie infection. He suggests pantocid dsr in morning and acogut 100 three times a day before meal for 21 days. It is 10 day now. It is some relief as it burps in morning and pain is some low. My problem is I feel heaviness in upper abdomen ,uncertain stool. It is semi loose to little soft loose at different times with gas discharge. Is it due to acogut. Is my medicine good and i continue for 21 days. Or i stop it

I have done with colonoscopy due to constipation over 10 days attaching biopsy report please advise is it infection or ibd please help
