Hi doctor my dad is taking tuberculosis medication for past one week and doctor suggested a cbc, lft,kft . In that sgot is 112. Can you please assist how can we cure this and he is too weak . No appetite .

Food not digesting that I ate at nights. It feels discomfort around my stomach and near my kidneys even when I take carrot and capsicum if I have not had a walk after dinner. It's happening very frequently. I don't know why it's happening, Please suggest what I should do?

Dear Doctor, My spouse got an Annual Health Check up, she is 24 years old, in LFT report the Serum Globulin is 4.04 & SGPT is 36.41. Serum ALB/Globulin Ratio is 0.98. Rest all parameters are with in normal reference range. Is this something serious? Kindly advise.

I had a hemorrhoid last month but during a bowel movement, I had to strain a lot with soft stools. Since then, my lower abdomen is aching now and then, intermittently. I stopped alcohol 3 weeks ago and eating less spicy. My blood result is all normal except low iron. My urine test and stool test came normal. CT abdomen was also normal. Attached the report. I started an iron tablet around the same time but stopped taking it fearing if that's the cause. I'm trying to find out what I should do and avoid for lower abdomen pricking.

Sir / Madam I am 25 year old male . I need to remove my gallbladder in 2018 because of stones . After the operation for few days I have sudden urge to poop after eating I thought it was because of operation. But after that till now I have one problem which happens once a week or sometimes not that after I ate breakfast sometimes there was sudden urge to poop within 5- 10 minutes of breakfast that too was mucus stool which I cannot hold for long . In lunch and dinner no problem but mainly after breakfast . And after operation one more problem arises of smelly farts after eating whole day . I want to overcome from this sudden urge to poop please help . Now it was became my phobia everyday while eating breakfast same thing revolves around my mind . Causing distraction in my day to day life and study. Thankyou
