My colonoscopy was done on 27 November and today observed black tarry stool and colonoscopy didn't complete on that day due to spastic splenic fixture and extreme pain I had so is It anything to be worried about and extreme weight loss also is there.on 28 CT was done and waiting for the report of it.what should be done next to know the cause of my issue.right lower abdomen pain when pressed and cough and radiates to the pelvis .

Respected doctors i sometimes notices blood in stool so i decided to do test is this report normal i am attaching the report

My colonoscopy was done 2 days back and with full diarrhea and abdominal pain and yesterday CT abdomen was done as colonoscopy was done only half.my issue is from today morning I have pain in lower right abdomen and in pelvic region when touched also.what can be the issue.are there any services for SIBO test In Bangalore for further process and what can be the issue with the pain.
