I've been taking omez d since a month. How long can I take it? I'm scared if I stop taking medication my symptoms can worsen What can be done to avoid rebound ?kindly suggest

I used to have good bowel movements. But one month ago, I suddenly started getting constipated. I took vitamin tablet for 15 days. After that I was having intermittent constipation. I have gastric problem from a year. I was feeling nausea and not able to eat food. I had endoscopy and doctor told H pylori. After taking antibiotic ( Sompraz H P ), got reduced by 60 percent. I was dependant on Antacid from then. Now after 8 months, again I am getting stomach pain after eating chilly or black pepper or too much spicy food. How to overcome this ? Kindly help for permanent cure for this ?
