I have attached my colonoscopy report kindly check what's the issue.is it a huge problem or how.does abdomen cr shows the problem

I did a colonoscopy today but got stopped in between and report says the splenic flexure was very spastic and scope cannot pass behind it so what's the issue and doctor suggested me to do CT abdomen contrast.whats happening this issue.what will CT scan find out will it find abnormalities from the colon.

Hi doctor ,i used pantoprazole gastro resistant expired tablet,it got expired in 2021 but i have taken today.will there any side effects or precautions to be taken?

When ever I eat food outside (normal food as rice and pulses ) i get gastric problem very much as well as i get chest pain too , is it due to gerd or is there any other reason of cardiac too.

I stand and poop in semi standing holding hands on knee bending half knee not completely sitting for past 25 years I'm pooping in this position any serious health condition will occur like cancer or some other prob, just doubt when my parents advice to change the position

Over last 2 years became dependent on laxatives. Having fissure for last 5 years. To avoid the surgery started taking bulking and softening laxative. Want to get rid of laxative abuse as this will harm me in long term but fissure pain increases as soon as I do that. Plz help how to get rid of this habit,my fiber intake,water intake and junk inhibition is on point so plz don't advise that. Can suddenly stopping laxative will make me more constipated?Plz give some practical suggestions.

Since more than a year having excess mucus in stool and have to strain to pass the stools. I have impacted poop and normally if stool consistency is good I'm able to pass it. Suddenly i started to have long and cylindrical stool, then later i started to have loose stools or soft stools or sausages ( it kept changing), mucus or mucus on stool. now since a month having excess mucus regularly, constipation, mushy poop and abdominal discomfort before going for BM. i have to push alot to poop and sometimes i have cow pat stools or thin stools and sometimes bulky stools Medical history - diagnosed with IBS (10 years ago) and BPH ( 3 years ago). Piles ( since 2 years) please help me.
