I am experiencing increased flatulence, and abdominal Discomfort from the last 1-2 months. In my Right hypochondriac region and epigastric region . It feels more like abdominal Discomfort. I am also having changed bowel habits, but no constipation and diarrhea. The stool seems to be a little greasy when I feel it, there are no changes in urine . For the last few days I am experiencing burping also, The symptoms I can only feel when I am alone when I am indulged in work I never get all those symptoms. I sometimes feel a little tight on the Abdomen, when I sit and once I sit with my back straight the tightness reduces . I palpated myself but couldn't find any swelling as such .

Sir my stomach especially upper epigastric region appears to be blotted mostly but no pain no discomfort but it's i can feel is it sign if Cancer

My wife is taking 3 medicines which has been mentioned. I want to ask that can Drotin M tablet be taken with these medications for relief of stomach pain ?

My husband is passing black stool. The stool is normal & sticky (but not loose). Also, he's feeling lethargic and weak. Although, he's not having constipation. The stool is clear everyday but it's black in colour. He's having Veloz D in empty stomach and his water intake is little less due to busy office schedule. 2 months back also he had the same problem but he had Veloz D for 7 days and alot of water and fruits & this problem was gone. Please suggest what medicine to give. Next course of action.

I'm suffering from allergic asthma and NASH. Currently taking Bilypsa & formonide 200, Mondeslor Tab. My hepatologist advised me not to take Bilastine as it can increase ALT & AST. But my pulmonologist suggests me to take Bilastine. Please tell me is there any hepatotoxicity concern over bilastine or should I continue Mondeslor tab.thanks in advance. Or suggest me a good antihistamine.
