Having mouth Ulcer from 5 days I took the medicine B capsule, vitamin b12 capsule and applied biosor cream. I tried home remedies also. There is no effect/ no result. Still facing an issue because the mouth ulcer has pain from mouth to ear. Please suggest any treatment for it

Can I take Loperamide and Simeticone after colonoscopy? I seem have random pains around the belly and sensation to pass stools often.

Hello Doctors, My wife recently underwent a C section surgery and during this time she encountered gasteric pain. When we did the whole abdomen scan it was found that she had a pearl of small stones ranging to 3mm. Now we are actively taking care of the diet and taking a low fat diet. We don't want to go with another surgery by removing the gallbladder and want to take care without it. Could you please suggest?

Undergone LFT as part of regular health check. All observed values are within the limit. But Direct bilirubin levels are high i.e.0.49 and total bilirubin is 1.18. Do I need to worry about the results.
