Does Naturolax powder (2tsp twice a day) and Dry Prunes (3 prunes twice a day) cause side effects as below: - Bloating and discomfort in lower abdomen. - Constant stomach noise. - Multiple bowel movements - 4-5 times a day. - Occasional pressure and gas while passing motion, which feels like explosive motion. - Bleeding after explosive bowel movement as explained above. (I had fistuletomy surgery 30 days back, so the bleeding is from the wound)

I recently got affected with cold cough and throat ache.. doctor prescribed me amoxicillin 500 mg along with zerodol sp .. with those medicines, my throat pain got better but i have started feeling like there is something stuck in my throat.. even though there is nothing .. i feel each and every second as if there is something stuck in my utmost right side of throat .. this is very easy feeling.. and when i am trying to eat something, i feel pain at right side of throat while swallowing any food item.. Also sometimes when i burp i get lot of foam kind of thing .. pls help

So I basically had typhoid(fever, abdominal pain) which was unfortunately diagnosed after 1 month. So after that immediately a huge dose of antibiotics was given to me , my abdominal pain went little bit down , my stool was also okish. Because I was taking few probiotics like bifilac capsules. But after sometime I felt dizziness. So I left antibiotics but dizziness didn't went and even my flanks started hurting did a kidney and liver test everything was fine. But after that dizziness didn't went and gas,bloating, constipation with diarrhea is constant. One of my medical College friend told me it could be either S.I.B.O or IBS. Then I researched on sibo and IBS and I'm suspecting sibo as antibiotics killed my good bacteria too and acid reflux medicines decreased my digestive enzymes. That could be the reason the bacteria of large colon could have come to my small intestine. Because chances of IBS is very low as I took probiotics. Still I'm not sure of anything please help me.

I have some light burning feel when I eat some acidic food or even pomegranate or amla fruits.I took calprotectin stool test it is negative. Today I took amylase test and lipase test.I want to know the results are normal.I am enclosing my reports.why I have this irritation in lower abdomen.

Today morning I have seen bleeding while poop and it's very painful and I found a skin came out from the same area .I think it is haemorrhoids because my family had it.

I have piles, I am on medication for that. And today I experienced loose motion (twice) because I ate spicy food last night and also at lunch. Basically I need to ask is it normal to poop loose stool during piles?

I have seen that some doctors in India use ofloxacin for stomach infection/food poisoning and other doctors use rifaximin. When I consulted one gastro, he said oflox is okay , other gasto prescribed rifaximine Can you explain to me the difference in these two antibiotics and how the decision is made whether to use oflox or rifaximine.
