Hi, i had normal liver values before booz. After 200 ml of whiskey next day i got small pain and got checked and my SGOT  went higher than SGPT. After two days the values became normal again. Is it normal for SGOT to rise after drinking .

My first colonoscopy was unsuccessful as there was toomuch of pain after traverse column (splenic fixure) was too much spasmic.if I have to go for recolonoscopy is it anything to be worried about.how should bear the pain while passing scope near splenic fixure.how will the colonoscopy be done if I have a problem of splenic fixure syndrome.
