Hi doctor,
I recently went to gyne for my irregular periods issue. She asked to do USG abdomen and pelvis scan. I did and found tat am having non alcoholic fatty liver grade 2 with Hepatomegaly. Also found pcod ... My sugars are sumwat normal ... I attached my reports with this ... Wat is meant by Hepatomegaly..? How to reverse this pls help me... Hba1c 6.9 average sugars 151.

Hepatomegaly means enlarged liver,if size is above 15 cm.It depends upon underlying cause,however in your case ,it can be reversed by loosing the weight.Similarly HBA1C can be reduced by taking less caloric diet and reduction in weight
