I'm suffering from acidity burning sensation in upper , sometime I get shoulder pain too consulted so many doctors and tried many antacid syrups but not effective Got my endoscopy done I don't have any other medical issue or past history I eat little spicy,outside foods and take less water Please tell me the medicine treatment and food habits if need to be improved Genuine answers will be appreciated Thank you

SGPT 23 U/L SGOT 31 U/L Total Bilirubin 1.8 mg/dl Direct bilirubin 0.5 mg/dl Indirect bilirubin 1.3 mg/dl Total Protein 7.5 gm/dl Albumin 4.7 mg/dl Globulin 2.8 mg/dl A/G ratio 1.6 : 1 Alkaline phosphate 307 U/L Last year results were same. Only ALP reduced this time to 307 from 337 I also did below tests this time Calcium 9.43 mg/dl VIT D 16.8 ng/dl

I had urge to motion for 2 years went to general physician last year gave some tablets before 1 year after that this year only i visited gasteroenterologist he took test and told it will be resolved biopsy from rectum shows chronic  non specific proctitis .kindly tell whether it is completely curable.i had mushy stool before and after taking suppository i got partially formed stools i can feel the improvement and growling has decreased .if it is cured whether any chance that it can come again to me in future .i am losing weight also and stool is yellow and floats and burping is there.whether it is related to ibd ,in future is there any chance to become ibd kindly give solution please.thank you.
