I have been noticing red spots in stool from 3-4 yrs. I have done stool occult blood test done it came negative. I had my colonoscopy done last year it was also normal. My HB is 11. I am still noticing some red spots mixed in stool . What can it be. Also I had my gall bladdar removed in 2015 because of stone.

My bowels consistency is normal but I am having too much irritation in my butt hole when I am passing tool. I feel hot and irritated there. Is there any quick remedy for this as I am not able to sleep and feeling anxious. I need something to control this quick so that I can pass remaining stool easily for now.

In recent scan impression i got was mild appendiceal wall thickening with appendiclolith within showing subtle peri appendical fat stranding - features possibilty of subacute appendicitis Should this be operated asap or can be cured with antibiotic Apeendix measurement 8mm with mild wall thickening max thickeness of 2.5 mm Appendiclolith measure 9.5 mm ( 521 hu) notrd within

While eating some food , food got stuck in his food pipe/esophagus and now he is constantly having hiccups and almost unable to drink anything. May I know which specialised doctor (branch) can I go and visit? I am not sure if a gastrointestinal or general physician would be preferable here. May I know some answers please?

After treatment of h pylori 14 days passed still I have burping and not feeling hungry   I do not no what to do even though I am continuing taken 20 mg two times day rabeprazol with amitriptyline one bed time but my symptoms does not goes away please tell me do I need to take another course of antibiotics or something els please help me please . According to my endoscopy dr told me you have 6 ulcers but I do not know what to do after taken antibiotic still my problem not solved it is one in half month that still having problem please tell me what to do .

I am facing digestive problems from since 6 months if I have non veg there is problem to get digestive at nite time I face lot to get digestive like feels difficult for burping Wat could be reason is there serious problem I am facing pls advice me

Age 65 years.  I have IBS for the last 1 year. Going to toilets frequently. Earlier felt urgency,  now not so much. Mild weight loss has been there. In the early morning after 2 times of watery/small quantity,  semi solid,  paste type goes and again small amt each time. Of late some times see red particles  especially in the morning not able to differentiate blood or undigested red food particles like tomato or beet root etc. Some times feel burning/discomfort in the anus after passing stool for a short time. No weakness, no  pain in abdomin, no appetite loss. Don't drink, not smoke. Every year undergo health check up and in the latest being in October 23, All reports like Ecg, usg, all blood reports including cbc, are normal. Stool and urine reports are  also normal. I have been diagonised with intestinal Tubercolosis by doing a CT scan so is that a gold standard to say it's confirmation or will there be many other tests required to check for it .what tests more should I perform and what has to be done to cure it .

I have bad fecal /foul smell from my anus. Feels Something Leaking From my anus. But when I check after office no sign of blood or fecal discharge but my anus smells what could it be??
