Hi recently i have tested for lft and got these reports which shows three times high liver enzymes . I drink moderately once in three four months . Now suddenly my joints are paining and cracking a lot a slow arm movements makes joint cracking noise also my stomach is masking non stop churning and growling noise and too much gas is developing . My stool containing mucus and also stool is a bit undigested . Urine is yellowish sometimes . Heart rate elevates quickly as soon as i climb stairs or do something physical activity . Hepatitis panel already done which came out negative also ultrasound is clear . Please help me as these joints pain and muscle weakness is creating so much anxiety for me and also these elevated liver enzymes please tell me what would be the cause of all this . I completed h pylori antibiotics course for 2 weeks. Any medicine or vitamins which can heal the ulcers? I'm getting weak my weight has came from 70 to 58.

I am suffering with IBS from last 4 years.. I was having Chapathi in afternoon and night .. and few times, in night I was having Muskmelon juice with dry fruits addition...  IBS intensity increased from last 4 months.. Consulted doctor and given probiotic tablets and digestion tablets .        I have changed my diet - switched completely to eating  rice and doing exercise regularly.. and I have stopped eating chapathi...        Currently I am feeling 70% reduction...       Will chapathi have major impact on IBS ?

My doctor prescribed me to take 1 tab tryptomer 10 mg everyday in night for 1 month . Will this medicine cause damage to my gut lining should i have to take any proton pump inhibitors along with trypomer 10 mg??? Can i take tryptomer 10 mg alone every night ?

Dear Doctor, I'm Kishore 32 years male, from Thursday evening I had sore thoart unable to glup and fever. The doctor found 2 lymphs in the intestine and he suggested a biopsy for that But 1 doctor said that they are intestine nodes which have swollen thand lagne ki wajah se and kafi logo me aise ho jata hai jb digestion theek se na ho rha ho Feeling stomach inflammation and pain and sometimes vomiting as well immediately after taking any food. And when urine passes it soothes stomach aches and inflammation. Have been facing issues with constipation as well for a long time. Should I go for biopsy or these lymphs are normal as I have doubt if I go for biopsy it can spread the infection if it could be something else lymph.
