Past 1 week getting loosestool once Perday not diarrhea but loose stool.no stomach pain .what causes it.what medication should I take

I frequently feel slight pain in chest area of moderate intensity which causes trouble for me. I always think of heart problem and have taken all the heart related test. Ecg, echo and tmt. Tmt was negative and was done in nov 2023. I am taking pantaprozole empty stomach. But still this discomfort is there. I am not able to sleep entire night thinking that if it is related to heart or what. Every second i remain very anxious and troubled. Please help. Reports are attached.

I'm experiencing violent coughing which makes me vomit . This has been on and off since 4 months. Another symptom that I get  Is nausea which makes very difficult to eat. Sometimes i throw up in morning and light yellowish liquid comes out. I've tried all sorts of medicines omez d pantocid. Currently on nexpro 40 and syp divol Still this coughing is not resolving Please suggest something

I have been having acidity since long as it's hereditary in my family. I have done my ECG and echo all reports are normal. But for a few days I have been having acidity daily so I started taking pan D. When I take it I don't have severe acidity but still I feel like the food is coming back in my throat. Sometimes I feel i have a lump in my throat or tightness. Now it's not severe but the stomach doesn't feel right. No loose motions. I feel hungry but sometimes feel nauseous too. The tummy gets clear properly as well in the morning. Then why is this happening? Pls guide

I have constipation from long time, I cannot fully evacuate. Coffee helps sometime but gives me headache. So I don't take it anymore. Doctor gave gi motility medication but no relief. I took vitamin d n b12 but no relief. I tried everything, diet changes exercise but no relief. Please tell what it can be . Ultrasound report is below

I have my stomach lining swelling during, before period but now even after period my stomach lining looks swollen and my stomach feels full for small amount of food . My weight also not reducing even I eat less is there any problem

I frequently face digestive issues like bloating and constipation acidity etc, which goes away post taking medication, few people have suggested to me to take digestive enzymes while other set of people are asking to refrain from it as it may have to take. Life time. Please give your opinion

Is IBS curable? I m getting frustrated day by day. I can't empty my bowel. Going to washroom regularly more than 4 times still not satisfaction.. bloating and gas are present because bowel is not full empty.. I take prebiotic probiotic, fruits , vegetables still this problem is present. That's you my sleeping problem has arrived. So stressed for this IBS . What should I do ? Is it curable or I HV to deal with this ?

5 yrs ago I was diagnosed with gastritis and esophagitis. Treatment was done in Kolkata and in the last few years I underwent ugi endoscopy 3 times. The Gastritis improved but whenever I stop the medication I feel gastric pain and acid reflux. I am taking Pantoprazole 20 for more than 5 years. Can it cause some serious side effect? How can I cure my acid reflux? It's really problematic and I went to a lot to doctors and they prescribe the same medicine....... someone please help
