I have constant loose and mushy stools since 1 year no other symptoms no blood in stools. Sometimes i get mucus in stools very less often. I also need to go 3 4 times a day to pass bowels and i get the urgency to pass the bowl and burning sensation before passing the bowl

Recently i took liver function test, my direct bilirubin is elevated into 0.6 mg /dl. Indirect bilirubin is 0.3mg/dl. Total bilirubin is 1.1mg/dl. Here attached my report also

Hi Dr, I am suffering from IBS- Diarrhoea. I have consulted a doctor and he prescribed me Rifigut 550 and Liveox tablet. I have taken total of 12 tablets of Rifigut 550 but still I am suffering from Diarrhoea with semi-liquid stool. From Couple of days I have shifted to Bifilac with Livrox tablets but still, I am in the same position. My stomach gets bloated up and I have to run to toilet 5-6 times a day. Should I try taking Bifilac and Rifigut 550 together or suggest anything else?

Some  eight days back I had dengue symptoms admitted to hospital but now I am ok. Yesterday night I found red blood with stool and after some drops of blood came suddenly with normal stool and no pain.but in the morning no blood in stool. Please suggest what to do and why this is happened.
