Hello Please advise medication as my latest medical reports says that 1. ALBUMIN 5.3, SGPT 56. 2. FOAMY URINE WHITE COLOR, IT IS FROM LAST 8 MONTHS OR SO 3. SUGAR IS 91. Sugar PP 110 4. Very often gets impacted by deodorant or perfume smells which causes blockage and heavy sneezing. 5. URINE ROUTINE All Normal 6. HBA1C 5.5 7. IGE AND ESINOPHIL COUNTS ARE NORMAL 8. Fatty Liver Grade 1 as per USG Abdomen Report 9. Very high Acidity feels in food pipe and feels heaviness in abdomen. Please advise Natural medication rather than allopathic medicine which will result in short term results. 10. My weight is 101 kgs looking to target at 70. Please help now.

I'm suffering from constipation from last 2-3 years. I'm a vegetarian. I have tried every treatment literally. I have made changes in diet, did exercise, increased water & fiber intake. But I cannot empty the bowel. I tried Lactulose, Dulcoflex, Magnesia milk, Gut motility medicines, (all these were prescribed by the doctor) I have taken home remedies too. (Triphala) If I take coffee first thing in morning, I can go to poop but now it's not working anymore. And coffee gives me headache. When I take chai, Stool turns black n my headache. I take vitamin d & b12 regularly but no relief I'm fed up of suffering this much 😭 every consultation I take, doc says just increase water intake and doesn't find root cause. If you know what the root cause is, pls tell I'll take treatment from you
