Myself sindhu I am getting nausea , abdominal cramps , not able to eat food from 3 days . I am having appetite but not able eat food . My stomach boating feeling more tired and weak . When I see food I am feeling vomit sensation . What would be a reason and what can be done for emergency in home .

1. April- I had server dirreah and vomitting after pG food. Later burping started. I took PPI for 3 months. But b12 deficiency conexisting, and endoscopy done. Reflux esophagitis was seen. Doc said go on bland food diet. B12 injection for 4 weeks. I did. After that I got UTI. 1 month took antibiotics. Norflox and fosfomycin. In December I ate outside and started to switch back to my normal home made diet with Indian spices added. Started acid reflux again. B12-314 , hemo is 10.8, doc said take nizonide. I was okay after 3 days. Stopped PPI. And now I have electryle imbalance, slight burping, Dizziness, it subsides after ORD and PPI, it comes back once I leave it or switch to normal food diet what my family have. Not sure what is this. I did LFT RFT abdomen scan, all are normal.

I have hiatus hernia and i am suffering from pain in my back , abdomen and thighs. Please recommend me some pain relief medication.

I've lost a lot of weight post fundoplication I was 56 and now I'm 40 Can I again go upto 56 without any complications?i don't wanna be underweight

Dear Doctor, My mother has no denture and hence she has semi solid food and ganji, milk, fruit juice like apple, beetroot carrots in the gap of 2 hours. Her upper GI endoscopy is normal. She has severe burning sensation in the body including back. She was admitted and on PAN D injections. Now we are taking Bello D before breakfast and dinner. But she is still having the same issue and it keeps repeating. Nowadays she is having bad dreams and gets up in the night with panic Could you please suggest any permanent solution for this. Been on a high antibiotics course of 1 month , after that I'm feeling symptoms of sibo , leaky gut and dysmotiliy of gut , any suggestions? Mg symptoms are constipation, bloating , food allergies, sever brain fog, forgetting things , encaplopathy. Weakness. I've tried probiotics, fiber too. Please help

I had taken Hepatitis B vaccination in 1999, Engerix B at schedule 0,1,2 and then booster after 12 months. Am I still protected? I felt a compounder yesterday while giving injection, even though injection was new, wasn't administering it in hygienic way. Should I take a booster within 24 hrs for protection?

Hello Hope you are doing well, I am taking ocd medicine from 2017 Dec from last year i am facing IBS problem which is DANGEROUS then OCD i was taking  IB SET 5MG FROM 40 to 50 days i stopped it but last 3to 4 days i facing return even my OCD is much more better like cured . IS OCD AND DIGESTIVE PROBLEM IS SAME...? If not please tell diffrence... Thanks,

Hi Doctor I notice a blood line in my poop and after poop i saw some drops of blood , i have no pain now but before i feel like pressure in rectum area after poop for some minutes or seconds What is it Please let me know?
