I've lost a lot of weight post fundoplication I was 56 and now I'm 40 Can I again go upto 56 without any complications?i don't wanna be underweight

Dear Doctor, My mother has no denture and hence she has semi solid food and ganji, milk, fruit juice like apple, beetroot carrots in the gap of 2 hours. Her upper GI endoscopy is normal. She has severe burning sensation in the body including back. She was admitted and on PAN D injections. Now we are taking Bello D before breakfast and dinner. But she is still having the same issue and it keeps repeating. Nowadays she is having bad dreams and gets up in the night with panic Could you please suggest any permanent solution for this. Been on a high antibiotics course of 1 month , after that I'm feeling symptoms of sibo , leaky gut and dysmotiliy of gut , any suggestions? I had taken Hepatitis B vaccination in 1999, Engerix B at schedule 0,1,2 and then booster after 12 months. Am I still protected? I felt a compounder yesterday while giving injection, even though injection was new, wasn't administering it in hygienic way. Should I take a booster within 24 hrs for protection?

Hello Hope you are doing well, I am taking ocd medicine from 2017 Dec from last year i am facing IBS problem which is DANGEROUS then OCD i was taking  IB SET 5MG FROM 40 to 50 days i stopped it but last 3to 4 days i facing return even my OCD is much more better like cured . IS OCD AND DIGESTIVE PROBLEM IS SAME...? If not please tell diffrence... Thanks,

Hi, My husband is HBV positive. We had done all the tests and the results are good except HBV quantitative viral load. LFT is normal, HBeAg and anti Hbe is also fine. Fibroscan value is 7.2 and viral load is around 17500.As per Gastroenterologist, everything is fine but need immediate treatment for viral load.So he suggested Tenvir-af tablets for one month and then asked to do all the tests again for a follow up.As the consultation was online, we decided to take offline consultation from another doctor.Now as per him, there is no need of any medication at this age. Just asked to do all the tests once in a year to check the condition.As per the second doctor the viral load value which is around 17500 is okay as well, just suggested to live a healthy lifestyle.He said if you take medications now, then it will become a habit to your body and you will have to take the whole life then as your body will be used to it and just by reducing the viral load nothing is going to happen. Pls suggest

My mother age it's 57 she facing acidity issue. Middle of the chest she get pain when she moved after 1 minutes once she it's release. After that burp comping We tap shoulder than burp coming. Kindly sugesst .

Hello, my doctor prescribed me metrogyl O for anti-diarrhoea, but it caused me very bad constipation, so i stopped taking it and using duphalac bulk to ease out the constipation. I had used it for 3 days, 6 tablets...how long does this medicine side effect remain in body? And is it okay to use duphalac more than 3 days?
