Stomach Feels Warm Inside
Hi Doctor
My stomach feels warm inside and sometimes GERD symptoms may occur with it. I already took pentoprazole and mylanta, but I don't think they're working. What can I do?

Avoid oily fried and spicy food
• avoid lemon orange tamarind
Avoid cabbage cauliflower lentil milk to prevent bloating
• donot lie immediately after having food
• sit atleast 1 hour after food
• have 75% stomach full of food and leave 25%empty for digestion
•have 5 small meals instead of 3 large meals
• lie on left side while sleeping
• keep your head end elevated while sleeping
