I am having bleeding after passing stool since 7 days. I am applying smuth cream. But again today during passing stool i felt burning sensation and then strike of blood found in stool and then few drops. I had this problem once every 2-3 months for the last 2 years but this time it is taking a lot of time to heal. What can it be? How long it takes to recover?

I have constipation issues from last couple of months aprrox 6 7 months two days ago i saw a blood tint in my stool and yesterday i saw blackish type blood after my stool passed a blackish type blood 10ml may be passed? Why this occurred?

Hi doctor, I had bad jaundice 10years back and after that every now and then I am having stomach issues. Sometimes constipated with thin consistency stool and dysentery sometimes. No Other major symptom apart from bowel movement more in morning and after eating anything heavy. I take bp and thyroid plus cholesterol medicine. I am worried that if it's serious or normal. Weight reduction varies +/- 1-2kg. Current weight is 66.5kg. Local Gastro suggested antibiotic course Zanocin 200 and Metrogyl ER with probiotics and vitamin. Please suggest it's ok for now?

In 2019 I done lft test where found alt-105 ast-60 and USG fatty liver grade 1 . Then done anti hcv,hbsag, hiv I II,  ALL came normal. No medicine given... After three months re test lft where alt -240 ast-150 ..then I loss weight maintain diet . then in 2022 November done ana if, ceruloplasmin ,ferritin,lft ,CBC,urine re,all these test all came normal except platelets was 148000 , 2 k less than normal.and done fibroscan which was ekpa-4.3 and cap 207 Doc told liver normal nothing to do....now in 2023 November  I done lft where alt-154 ast-70 USG normal, urine re, stooll normal,....my platelet 120000, 30 k less than normal and serum creatinine 0.77 less than normal value and bun 7.50 less 0.5 than normal value, and lipid profile eleveted Why my alt and ast high alway? My BMI 26.4, do not exercise,diet is not good... My question is is my liver condition is very bad is it fibrosis...if fibrosis happened does fibrosis revarsal is possible? Plz help

Today I did some health check up. Some abnormal findings are- Bilirubin direct are high - 0.38mg/dl. total protein- 8.63. Globulin- 3.86 Total cholesterol- 257mg/dl, Triglycerides- 259mg/dl, Ldl- 155, Hdl- 58, non Hdl- 200, vldl- 44. Rest cbc, thyroid, hba1c, renal function test all are in normal range. Vit D, vit B12, iron all are in normal range. I'm suffering from loose stool but not diarrhoea, and incomplete evacuation. As compared to my food intake quantity, I'm evacuating very less stool. Stool is sticky and floating. Only once in a day with very low stool quantity. I feel pain in my knees often, weakness, bloating and gas, not loosing weight. I'm lean body weight as 57 kg only, height 5.7. What is the reason behind this abnormal results and high direct Bilirubin? Where as indirect Bilirubin is normal, shot, sgpt is normal, alkaline phosphatase is normal.

Hi , I have bariatric surgery(gastrice sleeve) in 2017 Aug. i getting sudden stomach pain while doing excercise and also long time i got the same pain while laughing heavily in movie theatre. I have same pain while doing surya namaskaram also. When i got the pain. Immediately i will bend back for sometime and pain will subside. I would like to know the cause of the issue? Any tests need to take. Few months back i took usg whole abdomen and everything is normal except non alcoholic fatty liver.
