How do we know that we have fatty liver? Any tests are there without prescription? Im underweight and have no immunity, have gas issues, bloated stomach

Respected Doctors, I have stomach problem since 2 weeks, I went to the nearest doctor. He prescribed me :- Actibile-300 Lecithin Capsule Ofloxacin tablet. I always found some undigested veggies in my stool. Loose stool. I always drink water in the morning before going to washroom. Some times after drinking tea, in morning I have diarrhoea like symptoms. I am vegetarian only consume milk and vegetables. 1year ago my doctor told me that I have b12 deficiency. Can you please suggest me what's the problem beneath it? What's the main issue? My urine is also not yellow and even my eye is also not yellow.
