Gastritis And Erosion in stomach
Hello doctor i was suffering from h pylori gastritis in feb and had stomach burning and pain along with gnawing stomach sound anyways i took treatment for it and it got cured and but problem was recurring and another endoscopy was done yesterday the endoscopy reports came back normal this time but it says Z line with GE junction at 40cm Diaphragmatic pinch noted at 41cm i really don't know what I'm suffering from I'm attaching the reports the report which says erosive gastritis was done 3months back this reports is done yesterday please diagnose me is it hernia?

Hiatus hernia means gap more than 2 cms This is not hiatus Take ppi prokinetics
Next Steps
Avoid oily fried and spicy food • avoid lemon orange tamarind Avoid cabbage  cauliflower lentil milk to prevent bloating • donot lie immediately after having food • sit atleast 1 hour after food • have 75% stomach  full of food and leave 25%empty for digestion •have 5 small meals instead of 3 large meals • lie on left side while sleeping • keep your head end  elevated while sleeping
