I have ibs diarrhea so Doctor prescribed to take tryptomer 10 mg and cyra 20mg (Rabeprazole) for 2 months. Is it ok to take tryptomer 10mg only without taking the Rabeprazole. Will taking tryptomer 10 mg alone would damage my gut lining?

My mother is having stomach burning issue for past 6 months. She is a liver fibrosis patient and taking bylipsa for that. Endoscopy showing corpal gastritis and gastroparesis. Main problem for her is stomach burning. We tried lot of medicines like pantocid, sompraz, sucrafil, instaraft, muccaine gel etc but none of them working. It's happening daily for her. Hello Doctors, My wife recently underwent a C section surgery and during this time she encountered gasteric pain.
