Blood in stool
I am having blood in stool from past 1 week, its not everytime but has happend 3 times now.
Do not have any other symptoms, earlier i thot it will ho away nad maybe some minor fissure.
But now i am feeling concerned. Could it be serious

Avoid spicy food
• plenty of fibres
Plenty of hydration
• 40 minutes brisk walk everyday
• Avoid constipation
• avoid straining while passing stools
• put 5 ml of betadine in a tub of warm water(not hot water) and sit in the tub for 5 minutes morning, 5 minutes in afternoon, 5 minutes in the night_this is termed as SITZ BATH
