Black stools from past 2 days

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have been taking dexorange (1-0-0) for the past 2 days and i observed that the colour of the stool is black since then. Is it something which is concerning?

Possible because of dexorange. Stop for few days then observe. Even after that stools are black, needs evaluation. If stools normal need not wo rry.
