ALBUMIN 5.3, SGPT 56 FOAMY URINE WHITE
Hello Please advise medication as my latest medical reports says that 1. ALBUMIN 5.3, SGPT 56. 2. FOAMY URINE WHITE COLOR, IT IS FROM LAST 8 MONTHS OR SO 3. SUGAR IS 91. Sugar PP 110 4. Very often gets impacted by deodorant or perfume smells which causes blockage and heavy sneezing. 5. URINE ROUTINE All Normal 6. HBA1C 5.5 7. IGE AND ESINOPHIL COUNTS ARE NORMAL 8. Fatty Liver Grade 1 as per USG Abdomen Report 9. Very high Acidity feels in food pipe and feels heaviness in abdomen. Please advise Natural medication rather than allopathic medicine which will result in short term results. 10. My weight is 101 kgs looking to target at 70. Please help now.

Hello , after reviewing your reports . Fatty liver grade I , Sgpt being above normal , weight of 101 kgs , height is not mentioned to assess BMI , alcohol intake history not clear . It can be ascertained you have NAFL (Non alcoholic fatty liver ) ( if you have no significant alcohol intake ) . Reflux symptoms ( burning sensation in food pipe ) is due to GASTROESOPHAGEAL RELFUX . You would need significant changes in lifestyle ( calorie deficit diet , regular exercise , targeted weight loss of atleast 10 percent over 3 months . ) As far as GERD goes , you would need medication & certain lifestyle changes

Avoid oily fried and spicy food • avoid lemon orange tamarind • donot lie immediately after having food • sit atleast 1 hour after food • have 75% stomach  full of food and leave 25%empty for digestion •have 5 small meals instead of 3 large meals • lie on left side while sleeping • keep your head end  elevated while sleeping
