After how many days of laparoscopic gall bladder removal can i climb stairs? Nd when can i start doing regular chores?

1 :- Is hbsag test positive or negative during inactive chronic hepatitis B ? 2 :- is hbsag test life long positive in those people who have chronic hepatitis B ?

My son is 6 years old. 3 days ago, he swallowed five rupees coin. We had X-ray. Dr told it comes out in 3 days. But not yet come . No stomach pain , no vomiting, passing stool well. What we shoul do now.

I have burning pain and indigestion in stomach and got an endoscopy which says body mucosal hyperemia and antrum mucosal hyperemia. The final impression is antral and corporal gastritis. I read that this is atrophic gastritis and a precursor of gastric cancer. Is it true and not curable?
