GERD symptoms
Hi, I am facing GERD symptoms from 5-6 months. Now they are little bit reduced as I am doing lifestyle changes and diet changes. But it still comes backs time to time. Can anyone suggest me what steps do I need to take. Also my Vitamin D, Iron and Vitamin B12 is low, and Prolactin is little high

Avoid oily and spicy food Maintain Hydration Avoid sleeping in prone position Short interval small meals
