Endoscopy is normal, getting air from mo
Hi, Endoscopy is normal. But, getting air from mouth frequently. This air is directly coming from stomach. I feel tired because of this. This increases after intaking food and water. Consulted doctor is telling me, that, it's because of anxiety issues. Can I ever cure this. My life is becoming bad and bad every single day. Please suggest lifestyle changes in detail.

Avoid oily fried and spicy food • avoid lemon orange tamarind • donot lie immediately after having food • sit atleast 1 hour after food • have 75% stomach  full of food and leave 25%empty for digestion •have 5 small meals instead of 3 large meals • lie on left side while sleeping • keep your head end  elevated while sleeping
