Is my gall bladder normal? Do l have gall stones? l am worried after having seen this report. l am struggling with digestion need help

Hi Dr, I am suffering from IBS- Diarrhoea. I have consulted a doctor and he prescribed me Rifigut 550 and Liveox tablet. I have taken total of 12 tablets of Rifigut 550 but still I am suffering from Diarrhoea with semi-liquid stool. From Couple of days I have shifted to Bifilac with Livrox tablets but still, I am in the same position. My stomach gets bloated up and I have to run to toilet 5-6 times a day. Should I try taking Bifilac and Rifigut 550 together or suggest anything else?

Some  eight days back I had dengue symptoms admitted to hospital but now I am ok. Yesterday night I found red blood with stool and after some drops of blood came suddenly with normal stool and no pain.but in the morning no blood in stool. Please suggest what to do and why this is happened.

Recently i tested Liver function test my direct bilirubin elevated into 0.6mg/dl, indirect bilirubin0.3mg /dl, total bilirubin is 1.1mg/dl. Should worry. Is anything serious.

Hi sir Recently I am seeing undigested food and sometimes my stool is red if I eat tamotoes or papaya and the pieces of tamoato and papaya are in stool and due to these stool will became red and sometimes stool will became too yellow and even my urine is also yellow from few days ..please assist Thanks Dileep
