Gastric issue
I had bloating issues and flatulence issue, not able to pass. I took rabeprazole dsr for 15 days along with softvac. Issue subsided but now i feel nausea, puking all the time and tightness in stomach, loss of apetite. I took metrogyl 250mg 3days 3times still no changes. Can you please suggest . Also i am a sailor out at sea with no medical help. Please guide

Frequent Small meals over 3 hour duration. Avoid late night dinner and avoid immediately sleeping after having food
