Can I take dosa idly in h pylori, i have completed my 14 days course of antibiotics and doctor have again prescribed medicines for 30 days so what all diet can I take

I have an mild anus pain and difficult to sit. I also had constipation and urge to defecate.I went to ano rectal doctor he examined and told there is nothing to worry about. He gave anobliss cream , some pain killer , SAMFLAV tab and abaxolax syrup. But when I applying cream inside my anus there was a spot (when I touched it feels like there was something because it is inside Iam not able to understand what it is) it's been two weeks it's still there. There is a pulling sensation on and off and it is giving me a lot of stress. And from four days iam having gas trouble. I don't know  which doctor to consult.

Sometimes I feel pain in right lower abdomen that occassionally shifts to my right back and sometimes to the upper part which sometimes feel like a sharp and dull intermittent type of pain as if something is pulling from inside .. also I feel nauseated sometimes and feel full only after eating very small with constant burping.. I have ovarian cyst of 54 x32 mm that too on my right ovary..just want to know if these symptoms are due to the cyst alone or appendicitis is also present or is it due to some other gastrointestinal issues

Is it ok to eat AtoZ tablets with Ayurvedic medicine such as Triphala? Would it cause any harm to mix them together?

I had upper middle abdominal pain,from the last 3 years everyday and every time I ends with bloating and I felt my stomach was very hard like rock in the upper abdomen and also every time I ends with bloating iam also suffering with hiatus hernia and gerd. I had no poop sensation from the begining of this issue. Should I go for hpylori test?
