Monthly once vomit , head ache , throat
Hello Sir
My mother monthly once get these
1. Vomit
2.head ache
3. Throat pain
4.nausea
We visited gastrologist and did tests as prescribed , all tests were normal.
They gave acidity related medicine for 3 months and for 3-5 months she was fine but again it is repeating.
What should we do , is it related to Acidity only or we should consult some other Specialist ?
Please suggest, this will be very helpful for us.

Gall bladder
Hello,
My father felt an intense pain in the chest a couple of nights ago and we immediately headed for an ecg which was normal but they suggested we take an PAN 40 through IV.
We did so and brought him home at around 1.30 am but he was having a severe stomach pain, was unable to pass gas / motion/ urine or even burp.
Visited our family doctor in the morning and he recommended a USG Abdomen and Pelvis.
Attaching the reports here.
We have been advised a Gall bladder surgery for removal of stones.
Is the operation necessary? And is it risky? How soon should we do it?

Fissure healing and recurring
Suffered for almost 6 months due to fissure and tight spincture muscles. Tried laxatives and anobliss. My doctor told to apply it externally only but I was not satisfied. Everyone keep saying for surgy.
Since last 3 months I am on ayurveda medications. Situation is much better. Tried leaving medicines but feeling discomfort. Should I keep using any mild laxatives and anobliss cream for more longer period. It will be good if I can get suggestion for any other ointment and application procedure as I am confused and it is going to be an year almost with this problem. Also I am worried about prolonged usage of laxatives (Ayurvedic) and cream.

Asymptotic Gallstone
My mother in her late 50s have been diagnosed with gallstone of size 1.8cm.
However the sergoun ruled out surgery as it is asymptomatic and recommended periodic checkup.
She is non diabetic and all other reports such as blood report, ecg, chest xray etc appeared normal however she had a history of HCV which the report now shows negative after medications.
Is there any risk involved if gallstone is asymptomatic and left unoperated?
