My 3 year son having frequent motions and not gaining weight, when we tested his elastase it was shown up 36 where as usual normal range should be > 200,what does this mean.?? Any serious issue underlying??

I am fatty liver for past 3 month.. Doctor prescribe me ursodus.. Eticolic 10..adehep 400 now my fibro scan result are normal.. Stiffness 6..uap 250..dr tell me to stop eticolic 10 .. And adehep 400... Only continued ursodous only.. .. I want to know that shall I need ultrasound upper abodomen... Or fibroscan result is sufficient for fatty liver result

Hello doctor I have been suffering from an intestinal infection since 3 years now it's not going away. I had a CT scan in which it showed mucosal fold thickening in jejunal an ileal loop and 9 mm mesentric lymph nodes...i had my ers also increased that is 53 after the course of antibiotics I got normal my ers became normal with rifagut and econorm but again it started happening since a week. Please help...

I had a dull pain in my upper abdomen while and after doing some activities from almost 1 month ago. I started to take medicine 3 weeks ago. After taking Tiemonium Methylsulphate, Domperidone & Esomeprazole for 7-8 days, the pain was mostly relieved. I then only feel pain when I lie down. This pain has also relieved mostly now and as of now, there is very little pain which is remaining till now. Is there any need for me to do an endoscopy? Kindly suggest.

Hi Iam feeling small hard lump under skin at end of my anus at right side butt from past 3 days. it feel pain when I press. It's not visible outside, only can sence once it is touched. I had constipation pblm also.. Iam so afraid that is like cyst or mass inside my skin. ? The lump is not in anus it's near to anus inside the skin. Kindly suggest. Iam so afraid of it. Is this anything very serious..? The colonoscopy need to be done in this case? Kindly suggest
