Facing constipation problem for few days now. Every time trying to poop hard which leads blood flow . Is this normal? Any help!

Hello there, my wife have h pylori infection, she eat regularly medicine for infection from 1.5 months, but she still have alot pain and swelling inside rib bone and in stomach area. With those medicines and diet infection reduced but swelling and pain is not improving in stomach. And also we did endoscopy. And report was positive of h pylori infection. Please suggest me what to do for swelling in rib bone and stomach pain.

Sir/ma'am I'm preparing for SSB that's going to be held in two-three months and today I noticed blood in my stool for the first time in my life , my brother also had the same problem for 2days but he is now completely fine.. everyone is saying it's just due to internal warmth in stomach because I ate too much warm food a day before , Please tell sir should I also wait for 2 days and if the problem terminates I should be taking that just as a normal case or not , because I don't want to be medically unfit on that day.. Please throw some light sir and concern reverting this message.. THankyou

For almost a month i have pain while passing stool, but no bleeding and occasional itching is there and there seems to be some discharge with poop smell

My sgpt level is always high. Presently 130. Doctors given ursocol 300 2 tabs after meal for 2 months. Is it curable? Any other medicine needed?

I don't have any symptoms but my sgpt and sgot levels are high iam a non alcoholic, i did general health chekup on 17th August at that time sgpt at 58.7u/l sgot at 60.5 u/l I got dengue and admitted in hospital on 10th September and got discharged on 15th on 14th sgpt at 60u/l sgot at 65u/l at that time I also taken abdominal ultrasonography and chest radiograp. latest test i did is on 23-september sgpt at 134u/l sgot at 81 u/l

Hi I am suffering from chronic Diarrhea my endoscopy and colonoscopy came clean doctor put me on ibset and amitriptyline For 20days and rifagut 550 for 5 days the day I started ibset my motions stopped and I get constipated if I stop it next day I have same 6 to 7 loose stools a day how to solve this.pls suggest
