Sir doctor prescribed me igol(ishabgol husk) but I can not find it can I take igol + in replacement of igol

2 weeks back i got cold and runny nose so i took antibiotics Azithromycin 2 days course along with paracetamol . Ever since then i am experiencing Acid reflux , stomach tightness and too much belching after eating anything. I don't eat spicy or oily food much. Even low spicy dal khichadi also gives me acid reflux and belching.

Hello Doctor, I am having mild pancreatitis pain since today morning, the pain worsens after eating. I haven't eaten since evening and the pain is now very mild. My question is can I take Omeprazole? I'm starting to feel bloated due to gas, bloat is very mild almost negligible. Will Omeprazole reduce the pain? I haven't taken any pancreatitis related medication. Previously I was diagnosed with Pancreatitis and admitted to the hospital. This was 8 months ago.

Hello . My USG abdomen show enlarged liver 18.6 cm with grade fatty liver rest everything is normal . My two times LFT reports and all other reports are normal . Do I need to go for. Elastography or can I follow a healthy lifestyle and reverse it . I have symptoms of stomach pain indigestion and constipation . I also had ibs some years back are these symptoms related to ibs

I am a 31 year old male with digestive issues lasting 5-6 years. Over the past 1.5 years, I have been experiencing frequent burping throughout the day, especially after eating, drinking water, or even on an empty stomach. The burping happens during various activities like badminton, walking, running, & even at work. Despite consulting multiple doctors & undergoing tests like Abdomen Ultrasound, CT Scan, & Upper GI endoscopy, all reports came back normal. Medications like Pantocid IT, Rantac D, & Colonise Forte capsule haven't helped. Occasional heartburn adds to my discomfort. I also face difficulty clearing my bowels in the morning & need to visit the toilet two or three times. These issues have negatively impacted my daily life, concentration, & caused feelings of depression. Additionally, I used to smoke for ten years but quit six months ago. Consuming beer on weekends now leads to stomach upset the following day. I am deeply concerned & seeking advice and a solution for this.
