Hi I have been suffering from gas and acidity from past 3 years I was taking pantaprazole 40 MG empty stomach from 3 years but recently I got abdominal pain so I went to Gastroenterologist and he did my endoscopy and found LAX LES Grad. 2 and Bile reflux I want to know why this happened to me ? I had taken Anxiety medicine for 8 months from 2021-22 but know I am not able to eat food properly I am eating 2 rotis at a time only and I have lost 3 kg weight in 2 months from 43 to 40 kg and still decreasing. Please let me know should I do h pylori test because I have searched on Google about bile reflux and it told me that h Pylori may be the reason?

Hello Doctor, I have been constantly suffering with lower abdomen pain once a month ...mostly 15 days before the menstrual cycle.. once it happened in Feb and then may and July and sep.. There is a severe gastric issue too..mostly it happens when I eat a lot of spice food. But worried as why the pain is constantly coming..

I am watching the increased pain in my shoulder I think this is because of gas I am unable to lay down and sleep properly and to sit down properly

Hi Doctor, I'm a 31-year-old male. I recently blood test given for a regular check-up, but in the reports, they confirmed I have pancreatitis. However, I have no symptoms. Could you please let me know if it's possible to have pancreatitis without symptoms or if the lab report could be wrong?

I have this left lower abdominal pain when I stand or walk for a long time that goes after sitting down My ultrasound was clear. I don't have any flatulence or chronic constipation or diarrhoea. This pain was significant few years back when I also had very painful rectal bleeding which was 5 years back but I have none of those symptoms now. Neither any bleeding or bowel changes What is the problem?

So i have been having middle back stiffness, tightness and aching since a month or two. Now there is a particular point near my right back flank, just under the rib which feels tender and if palpated deep enough feels like a lump. I am scared now. I checked kidney palpation videos by doctors on youtube, i did it there's no pain. And also when i press kidney area from front there's no pain. Now, coming to history i have a gallbladder polyp of 2.9mm since 2 years, earlier this February i had done the 3rd ultrasound scan and it remained same in size. I am outside of India and healthcare is nightmare here. Idk how do I manage this. Please help, I am scared. Painkillers don't work as this is not exactly a pain, if i sit on bed and work my back muscles get extremely stiff. Can this be hernia/knot? I am scared about cancer. There's no other symptoms apart from what I mentioned. Please guide me.

I have nodularity in terminal ileum, Biopsy report is normal, will it cause serious complications in long term?

I have been facing issue of excessive gas and Bloating from last three months. There is no pain or vomiting. Only uneasiness and discomfort due to Gas which doesn't get released easily. I have been consulting to a gastroenterologist but he is prescribing mostly ibs related pills like librax, equirex, benizep, enzar forte. Personally I feel relieved when I take enzar Forte. When enzar Forte was not given in 1st and 3rd consultation. I was facing the issue. Right now I am taking enzar Forte and feeling relieved. What can be the cause of this issue and how to proceed ahead. It's been more than 3 months and doctor is unable to diagnose the issue.

I have been experiencing too many numbers of burping from quite some time now, may be more than 6 months now however do not have any other problems related to stomach or stool. What could be the cause and what shall I must do.
