Sir my ultrasound abdomen report showed liver filled with homogeneous parenchymal echoes.this is normal or abnormal

Any doctor suggestion in patna who can cure my uncontrollable cough. (I've tried all ppis antacids cough syrup everything) Please answer

My mother was diagnosed with fatty liver. We did a fibroscan and it came out to be mean of 245 and median 7.9 kpa . Dr says it's close to firbrosis and has give bilypsa medicine . I have not slept for two days I am very scared. Will the medicine reverse fatty liver . And Dr said to eat before 7 and go for walking. I am really scared I am not able to sleep😭
