Hello Doctors I am facing aciding, bloating and fart after taking breakfast and meals. Due to which I have to go latrine after 1-2 hours of meals and ny belly becames tight after meal. Can i try Prebiotic gut drink and if yes which Prebiotic gut drink is drink or any other solution

Stomach pain and food is not digesting properly. Can we go for endoscopy or any other suggestions please tell me.

My mother age 63 undergone USG whole abd.. below is finding: Findings:- Liver is enlarged in size (17.1 cm) and show increase in parenchymal echogenicity suggestive of fatty infiltration. Common bile duct is not dilated. Pancreas is hyperechoic in echotexture and shows fatty infiltration Left kidney is normal in size and outline. They shows increased cortical echogenicity with partially lost/blurred corticomedullary differentiation. No hydronephrotic changes seen. Few renal concretions noted. Gall Bladder is not visualized (post cholecystectomy status). No obvious collection is seen in gallbladder fossa. Severe gaseous is seen in epigastrium region, suggestive of gastritis. Hepatomegaly with grade II fatty liver. - Fatty pancreas. - Left MRD. - Left renal concretion.

Im 25 years old my weight - 82 kg Since 3-4 days I have pain near lower abdomen and also lower belly button No constipation and I'm feeling heaviness in stomach. Pls suggest medicine

My bilirubin total is 1.19 mg/dL & bilirubin direct is 0.23 mg/dL & ESR is 22mm/hr. Feeling no problem in body but little bit frequent urination after drinking any liquid diet. Rest no problem. Is there any serious concern ? what should I avoid in this condition ? I am very fond of coffee. Is coffee harmful in this ? Please advice. Regards

I was diagnose with dengue and abdomen pain and vomiting tendency so LFT done but the result is not good. Need consult

My sgpt alt is 57.64 , though I have taken full body checkup test in the starting of cough and, cold does it effect the counts or i shuld take another test after few days,right now MCV 102.4 ,MCH 32.1, MCHC 31.4 ,neutroph 48.9, lympho 40.6 and cholesterol is 223.8 I am nonalcoholic.
