Joindis medication is running past 5days Overweight and mostly eat outside Pls explain the report

Hi, I had my usg and ct abdomen (plain) last week. As per usg, There is no lesion observed. But Ct says there is a Hyper dense lesion at 3cm / sol in right lobe of liver. I have no symptoms of pain, fever etc. My sgpt is 120. My sgot is 65. I am not a alcoholic. Can someone help me What that lesion would be?

Hi i have done my full body check up in my billirubbin levels are showing some high is there any problem or normal I upload the reports also please give me some advice I shows the reports to general physician he advice to consult the Gastrologist please give me some advice is reports normal or anything problem.

4 yr old girl diagnosed with jaundice . CBC report is normal. Billurubin ( total 1.54 , direct 0.80 indirect 0.70 ) indicates jaundice. Jaundice medications is started since 5 days with one 10 % sline daily . Alt sgpt value in blood report is 2020.90 . Should we do blood test for hepatitis or other liver related problems. She doesn't eat anything, sometimes vomit and was having fever for 4 days . She gets mild fever when on sline. Please advise

Hello Doctors. I am 33 years male with weight of 83kg. I am facing gas, bloating and fart problem since last 3 months. I took azithromycin on 8th and 9th for sore throat. My throat issue subsided in a day. But from 11th m having loose stools twice a day. M taking econorm sachet for 4 days. 2 sachets a day but still no significant improvement . What should i.do? Plz help

For almost 10 days im having severe pain in the anus while passing and even burning sensation some times and it is getting subsided 5 min after passing stool, im using anovate cream and chymoral forte tabe and cremaffin syrup but there is only a slight relief and there is no bleeding till now
