Hi I have B12 deficiency of 25pg/ml. And slight increase in bilirubin value of 1.4. Doctor suggested me to take meaxon plus injections every alternate day for 8 days. Is it fine to take injections like that.

I have both abdominal & pulmonary tuberculosis I started talking ATT Treatment  on 25 August 2023 (19 days) but still my fever is not going completely It comes in the early morning, evening and at midnight Is it normal or should I consult a doctor and when will this fever be completely gone?

Sir. I am suffering from gastric problem since 8 months. After diagnosis it comes as h pylorie infection. I was medicated with pylosid 120, metron 400, esemprazole 40 and tetracycline 250. It came to 80% relief. But due to weakness and back stretch an orthopedic prescribed vitamin injection and pain killer of thicosine aceclofenac paracetamol which made my gastric problem re occur. Now i was feeling gas burping and upper abdominal pain from chest to naval area. My doctor diagnosed negative h pylorie infection. He suggests pantocid dsr in morning and acogut 100 three times a day before meal for 21 days. It is 10 day now. It is some relief as it burps in morning and pain is some low. My problem is I feel heaviness in upper abdomen ,uncertain stool. It is semi loose to little soft loose at different times with gas discharge. Is it due to acogut. Is my medicine good and i continue for 21 days. Or i stop it

I have done with colonoscopy due to constipation over 10 days attaching biopsy report please advise is it infection or ibd please help

I had rectal bleeding and pain after passing stool few years back after having constipation but now I don't have that anymore. I sometimes get left lower abdominal tenderness on standing for a long time or when stressed that gets better by itself. I don't have any bowel changes like diarrhoea or constipation. If I get constipated due to bad diet or anything , it resolves after having water but nothing significant change is there. What should be done please help ?

I had stomach ulcer problem 2years ago. Now I cured but whenever I eat spicy food , stomach pain comes and also I have bad breathe problem and consulted dentist recently. He told that bad breathe may come due to gastritis and advised to contact gastorlogist. I would like to know that what are the examination to identify the issue and the permanant solution?

Hello experts, I've noticed that my serum amylase levels have climbed from 96 U/L in March 2020 to 130 U/L in July 2023. And to 143 U/L in one month on Aug 2023. I've got H Pylori treatment in 2020 and underwent endoscopy. Nowadays, I'm getting up early in the morning due to hunger. I visited general physician and was prescribed full Abdomen USG, which came to be normal and serurum lipase is also normal at 30.8 U/L. The physician said nothing to worry but getting up due to hunger in the morning is leaving me tired throughout the day. Please guide on how to progress here. Thankyou

My uncle recently go detected with gall bladder stone of 10.5mm, is surgery is necessary or can be healed naturally? Pls advise. Thank you.
