My poop clour is brown or yellow sometimes. But it get disintegrated in water and is soft. Is it regarding any problem of improper function of intestine?. I do have slight mild pain in abdomen for sometimes after a bowel.

I recently had some gas and bloating issues so did endoscopy. The doctor did H Pylori biopsy and it turned positive. The doctor recommended Esogress hp forte course for 14 days. But the dosage has Amoxicillin 1000 mg. Other medicines I searched on the internet has Amoxicillin 750 ml. Is it okay to take Amoxicillin 1000 mg? Will I have any serious side effects such as kidney failure? Kindly suggest.
