This is my very first time this thing has happened to me around my anus there is swelling and it's burning a lotttt and area has infamed . please suggest me any cream that can stop burning and reduce that swelling around anus

Hi I am suffering from chronic Diarrhea my endoscopy and colonoscopy came clean doctor put me on ibset and amitriptyline For 20days and rifagut 550 for 5 days the day I started ibset my motions stopped and I get constipated if I stop it next day I have same 6 to 7 loose stools a day how to solve this.pls suggest

Whenever try to eat solid food, it's get out and felt nauseous. Burning sensation in chest. Didn't get mood to eat anything whole day. Only able to take liquid food.
