My husband got his LFT TEST done as he has itching and SGOT level is 35.9.. rest values are normal. Is it dangerous?

Hi I have non alcoholic fatty liver grade 2 . I have done fibroscan and LFT test. LFT is normal fibroscan CAP is 287 and KPA is 7.0. Is the fatty liver is reversible?

While having water, I felt cold/hot depends on hot Or cold water for few months. It is not every day and every time. But it's few days and few times. Long back consulted doctor, suggested 14 days medicine treatment. (Sompraz kit, instaRelief etc) It was fine during usage. But seems it is not completely recovered. Hello doctor My anus is hurting. From 2 days,i am in more pain when i go to the toilet for stool out,but the stool was not coming because of pain. My anus is always in paining as well as when i sit. I feel swelling also in my anus. Thank you
