Hi Doctor, Since 2 days I am not able to release the stool. When I try to go for washroom not able to release it. Taken Creamfin syrup today at 6PM but no use, can I take the dulcoflex tablet by 10PM will be that ok? Or it is harmful to take it on same day. Please suggest anything where I can make my stool easier to release and empty my stomach, Please help.

Friend of mine is feelin pain and burning sense below left rib cage and Alcoholic, His SGOT 270 and SGPT is 312. Other are noraml but platlet is near below borderline, Attaching his USG reports, Please suggest how serious is it.

I am fatty liver for past 3 month.. After taking normal ultrasound.. My result came fatty liver grade 2 and enlarged liver doctor sent me for fibro scan my result was stiffness 8 and uap 307dr prescribe me adehep 400  eticolic 10 and ursodous.. After taking medicine for 3 month my fibro scan result was stiffness 6 uap.. 253 doctor told me stop two medicine and told me to continue ursodous only.. I don't know my enlarged liver came to normal or not shall I need for another ultrasound..

Had history of mucus discharge and occassional blood in stool. No pains , no weight loss, having proper appetite, normal CBC values. Underwent sigmoidscopy and spotted two nodules in the lower end of rectum. Biopsy HPE report says fbromuscular Hyperplasia is noted and no evidence of malignant. Suggestive SRUS. What is fibromuscular Hyperplasia? Please advise
