Hi Doctor, I have been diagnosed with Sliding Hiatal Hernia - Hill Grade 3. Can this be cured? Only medication is enough or do I have to undergo surgery? Symptoms have become worse lately.

Modern medicine says there is no medicine for NAFLD. I have grade II fatty liver. According to my doctor I have started serious fitness training and changed my diet. But there are a lot of ayurvedic liver tonic in the market for fatty liver. Why? How do they demand such things like to treat NAFLD without proper research and clinical trials? Are all fully fake?

I have been having abdominal pain surrounding the Belly Area for 4 months . Initially I have shown it to General Practitioners , He prescribed PPI, Drotin m ,Buscopan for the next 10 days . Got Relief for 1 month and then again it started. I noticed that whenever I eat oily food from outside. It started . I have shown it to the consultant Physician . He prescribed Cizaspa x Tab for 1 month with Gastric Syrup. But Pain was like only constant. Finally I Decided to go Gastroenterologist. He did Few Test like CBC , kft ,Lft ,CRP which all came Normal. Next Step he Did Endoscopy where he Diagnosed H pylori infection. He was given 15 days of course of Double Antibiotics with PPI. Almost 11 days Over but why Pain is not decreasing. Can Any expert suggest ,why it is ???

Is it safe to take Hyponat 15 for sodium level 128 for 10 days at home or is there any alternate treatment to raise sodium deficiency ?

I am fatty liver for past 3 month.. My f ibro scan result was 8.3 stiffness and uap 307 Doctor prescribe me ursodus.. Eticolic 10 and adehep 400 after taking medicine for 3 month my fibro scan result is stiffness 6 Uap.. 253..doctor said to me that your fibro scan result is normal level you can stop 2 medicine and only continue ursodous.. Now I am little uncomfortable in my right side belly.. When I am riding bike. Shall I go for another fibro scan... My last fibro scan was taken on 15/08/2023 i am uploading my last fibro scan result

I am observing chest tightness due to gas after dinner and it's taking much time to settle down and it's happening after I got covid. Recently for neck and hand pain i am using TOLPERITAS D AND PREGABID tablets so after using TOLPERITAS D from 2 days it happened so today i consulted general doctor and advised to take ECG and it came normal. Even few months back due to benefit of doubt i have taken ECG D ECHO TMT and all were very normal so doctors ruled out heart problem but sometimes when chest tightness happens am feeling slight pain around chest and post nasal is getting blocked for sometime so can i confirm this is definitely gastric problem and need to use medicine for gastric only if so what's the best advise I can get and suggest me best treatment for this because am suffering with this from last 2 years. Hoping I will get my answer, Thanks

I am suffering with mild stomach cramps since 10 days. The pain is not continuous but during certain intervals like post lunch or dinner. I also feel constipated, as my stool has been different(pieces) with smell.
